The Legal team is headed up by an exceptional General Counsel who is highly admired for his work and well respected by his peers, you will be part of an excellent team of gift lawyers in a dynamic environment where customer obsession and pioneering on behalf of their clients is at the heart of everything they do. You will support UK and EU business units and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating strategic agreements with content and production partners, advising on marketing materials and business development opportunities whilst providing legal support for local and regional services and initiatives.
Candidates must be UK qualified with a minimum of 2yrs’PQE having trained and qualified at an international law firm with a focus on digital media or wider media content. Must have strong academics with an LLB from a leading UK and/or International Law School. The ideal candidate will have gained in-house secondment experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts within the TMT space. Candidates with additional EU languages i.e. French and/or German would be advantageous.
